3333 bat Terms and Conditions

This document sets out all the terms that apply to your use of the 3333 bat platform. Please read the entire document carefully before using the service.

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 3333 bat and users of the platform and all services under it. By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on the platform, you are accepting the full content of these Terms.

3333 bat is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides services in Bengali for users in Bangladesh. Where these Terms are available in both English and Bengali, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative for Bengali-speaking users.

It is entirely the user's responsibility to read and understand these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on 3333 bat and take part in any gaming or betting activity, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. No person under this age may create an account or use the service. If an account is found to belong to someone under 21, it will be closed immediately.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. 3333 bat reserves the right to cancel at any time an account created with false or incomplete information. If identity verification is required, the platform may ask you for a national ID card or other valid documents.

2.3 One Account per Person

Each user may operate only one account. If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, those accounts will be cancelled and any associated bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

3. Account Management

3.1 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. If you share your account details with a third party or allow anyone else to use your account, you bear full responsibility for any resulting loss. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Verification

3333 bat may verify your identity before you carry out deposits, withdrawals, or other financial transactions. Some services may be restricted until verification is complete. Every user is obliged to cooperate with the verification process.

3.3 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account — bets, transactions, or otherwise. If unauthorised access occurs, it is your duty to notify 3333 bat promptly.

4. Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 3333 bat is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks). Only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Supported withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawal funds will be sent back to the same source as the original deposit.

4.3 Fraud and Illegal Transactions

Using 3333 bat for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited. If evidence of such activity is found, the account will be closed immediately and the relevant information may be shared with the appropriate authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

3333 bat offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount — meaning you must place ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 in bets before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 VIP Cashback

3333 bat has four VIP levels: Bronze (up to 0.2% cashback on weekly net losses), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Example: a Gold member with ৳20,000 in net losses in a week receives ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.

5.3 Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer has its own terms and conditions. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time limit to receive the bonus benefit. 3333 bat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus. If bonus abuse is found, the related benefit will be cancelled.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

3333 bat offers slots, live casino, sports betting, and other gaming services. Each game has its own rules, which are stated within that game. Game results displayed on the platform are final and cannot be disputed after the fact, unless there is evidence of a technical error.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game result is affected by a technical problem, server outage, or software error, 3333 bat reserves the right to cancel or replay that game. In any claim relating to a technical error, the platform's server logs will be treated as the final evidence.

6.3 Responsible Gaming

3333 bat supports a responsible gaming policy. Users may set their own betting limits and, if needed, temporarily or permanently suspend their account. If you feel your gaming habits are going out of control, please seek help from the support team.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3333 bat platform:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
  • Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
  • Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or hacking.
  • Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
  • Harassing or using abusive behaviour toward other users.
  • Match fixing or fraudulent betting activity.
  • Operating an account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
  • Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions.

If any such activity is proven, the account will be closed, all funds may be forfeited, and 3333 bat reserves the right to take legal action.

8. Intellectual Property and Ownership

All content on the 3333 bat platform — logos, graphics, software, text, designs, and other elements — is owned by 3333 bat or its suppliers. Written permission must be obtained before copying, reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any part of the platform.

The intellectual property of game content belongs to the respective game developers — such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and Spribe — who have granted 3333 bat the right to use it under licence.

9. Limitation of Liability

3333 bat is not responsible for the following:

  • Loss or game defeats caused by internet connection failure.
  • Problems with a user's device or software malfunction.
  • Delays or failures by third-party payment providers.
  • Uncontrollable events (force majeure) such as natural disasters or government restrictions.
  • Leakage of account information where caused by the user's own negligence.

In any circumstances, 3333 bat's total liability shall not exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

10. Data Privacy

3333 bat is committed to protecting your personal information. Full details of how we collect, store, and use your data can be found in our Privacy Policy. By creating an account on the platform, you also accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.

Your information is not sold to third parties. However, specific information may be shared with the relevant service provider where legally required or for identity verification purposes.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Closure at User's Request

You may request permanent closure of your account at any time through the support team. Before the account is closed, any pending transactions must be completed and the available balance must be withdrawn.

11.2 Suspension by the Platform

In the event of any breach of these Terms, or in cases of suspicious activity, 3333 bat reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. The reason for suspension can be found out through support.

11.3 Extended Inactivity

An account that has not been used for an extended period (more than 12 months) may be marked as inactive. The user will be notified in advance in such cases.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between 3333 bat and a user will first be addressed through the support channel. For common issues, answers may be found in our FAQ section.

Our support team is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day, via live chat and email in both Bengali and English. An initial response to any complaint will be provided within 7 working days. Complex matters may take longer to resolve.

13. Changes to Terms

3333 bat reserves the right to change these Terms in part or in full at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on the platform and the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be updated.

Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published means you have accepted the new terms. It is therefore recommended that you review this page regularly.
